(More customer reviews)Purchased the GE Profile Slide-in Range, Stainless duel-fuel. Stainless top does not lay flat against the countertop in the back. Had the range replaced but this had the same problem. Was told that this is a 'design flaw' and that it is installed properly. Tried to contact GE about the issue and they have not responded and told they take weeks or longer to get back to you. This is a slide-in range that is suppose to lay flush with the counter and it is not made to do this. Very dissappointing.
