(More customer reviews)This thing deserves about a negative 5. What a piece of junk. The 20' "handle" in made out of a flexible plastic. First time the brush encounters any type of resistance, that clicking sound you hear will be the handle breaking. It does not negoitiate corners at all. I had to take my dryer ducts apart before I could even us it.
Spend a little more money and get on with a braided metal "handle". This is simply a waste of money.
