(More customer reviews)I bought this griddle today and tried it out immediately. I followed the instructions given by many nonstick cookware reviewers and washed this griddle before using. I also sprayed it lightly with pam and then fired it up to grill fresh vegetables. I have to say this was a pleasure to use and I didn't realize how much better vegetables taste when grilled. The vegetables turned out perfect but the pan didn't. I soaked the pan and then after dinner tried to wash it and the burned on teriyaki sauce is permanently embedded.Also I noticed that there are already white specks where the nonstick surface is missing. Needless to say I will be returning this immediately. I've bought cheap nonstick pans that cleaned up easily without scrubbing so I know that this is just poor quality. Now I want a 12 inch round griddle but I think I'm going to try the iron one.
