The Broan/Nautilus 50 CFM bath fan and light combo provides illuminating light and removes unpleasant odors and moisture, and prevents foggy mirrors, rust, and mildew. It features an efficient polymeric fan impeller, a permanently lubricated motor, mounting ears for quick, sturdy installation, and uses one 100 watt bulb (not included). Designed for bathrooms up to 45-square-feet, the fan operates at 50 CFM at 2.5 sones and measures 8-by-8-1/4-by-5-3/4-inches (LxWxD). It comes UL listed for use over bathtubs and showers when connected to a GFCI-protected branch circuit. The fan is backed with a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty.

The room is only 10'x8' and it *totally* protected the finish on our custom cabinets and the painted walls. After 12 years, not One area of steam damage or mold. The motor finally gave out and I can't wait for the new one to arrive tomorrow so I can have another 12 years of a steam-free bathroom :O)

The fan is capable of filtering 180 cubic feet of air per minute at 6.5 sones, and the 8-1/4-inch-by-7-inch housing fits an 8-inch round duct.
