(More customer reviews)I Bought this product 2 month ago and we use it 2 times a week.At tyhe beggining works fine but after 3 uses the springs of the lid started to bar. Also after several uses the blade that rotate the corn inside starter to twist.
I was looking for a long term popcorn popper , but this is not the one.

(More customer reviews)I have about 10 pop corn poppers, Air blower type, Microwave types, stove top types and THIS IS THE BEST of them all. I use much less oil, 1 teaspoon per batch like the advertisement says. Every cornel pops in every batch. I have never had any burned corn either. The popper is easy to rinse clean. I have popcorn at least 4 times per week and by far, this is the best popper I have ever had and would recommend it to anyone and everyone. (I have a gas stove and have not tried it on an electric stove so results may vary) If you like popcorn, buy this popper!!!

(More customer reviews)I bought this when my air popper died & I am so glad I found this product! The popcorn is the best & it is very simple to make. The thing I like the best is that it is a healthy alternative to the chemically filled microwave popcorn. I can choose which oil to use & how much so I have total control over what goes into my popcorn so I feel confident that what I am eating is good for me.
The packaged corn that came with was ok & a good introduction to using the popper but I will not buy packages again as it is so easy to make a great tasting popcorn on my own. I did try the cinnamon popcorn recipe from the included book & it was fantastic!
I would recommend this to anyone, the popper is easy to handle, easy to clean & it makes the best, crisp & crunchy popcorn ever. It only takes about 3 minutes to be done & you can even use the stirring mechanism to stir extra butter in it or other salt or other seasonings. Sometimes simple & old fashioned is better & that is the case with this item.
Now we can't wait to rent a movie so we have an excuse to pop popcorn almost every night!

(More customer reviews)I am very pleased with this popcorn popper. I would rate it 9.5 out of ten. What impresses me the most is that it works on an induction stove!!! It pops perfect popcorn and I use it almost every day. The only negative is that the crank handle turns harder than it should, the rod alignment throuth the handle is not perfect; but it is getting easier the more I use it.
I highly recommend it as it does an amazing job and I really prefer stainless steel over aluminum.

(More customer reviews)My family loves homemade popcorn, and I've never been a fan of microwave or air popped popcorn. Last year I received this popper as a gift.
Pros: Easy to clean
Heats up fast
Cons: Where do I start?
You may notice from the picture that there is a rod that fits into a hole at the top of the popper. The rod is too short, and the lid easily comes off, even when it is clipped on the other side. This means a few different things
a) the lid doesn't stay on well while popping.
b) When carrying the popper by the handle, the lid disengages from the popper. If it's full of popcorn, you have hot popcorn all over the floor.
The lid that opens doesn't stay on right. It seems as if the lid is also ill-fitted for the pot. The lid doesn't stay up when you try to put in oil and popcorn, so you have to juggle this step with two hands. Also, as you're turning the handle or adjusting the popper on the burner, the half lid falls down, and so popcorn starts popping out. Try turning the handle and putting the half lid back up while not getting burnt. It's not easy, and I've often ended up with burnt popcorn when this happens.
