(More customer reviews)Just received my Chelsea stainless steel fireplace. I ordered the item on line on a Tuesday and received it by Friday. Item arrived very nicely packaged as to avoid any dents...great as this has occured when I've ordered other stainless steel items. Item is just as it appears on line. Very nice. It is very light so I should have no problem mounting this without the help of my husband. It's about the size of a 27" flat screen and will look great under the television. The best thing about this order was the great customer service I received. I called the seller directly as I had a problem with promotional code. I think I spoke to the owner and he informed him of my issue. I left my number and he called me back within the hour and walked me through the ordering process so I was able to receive the 20% discount. The only thing that I need to add is that the fuel is shipped seperately. I am sure this is because it's a flammable liquid so if you plan on using it right away, you may want to add some additional days for delivery. I am truly excited and plan on buying the outdoor version for the pool area.
