(More customer reviews)Firstly, the top does not lift up very far for cleaning. Cleaning the inside is therefore a hassle.
Secondly, the temperature control knob is black as is the unit; you cannot easily see the position of the knob! I marked a few places on the unit with a Sharpie and colored the top of the knob so I could at least tell what was going on.
